The staff were excellent, and the room was spacious with a separate living area and modern amenities.

We appreciated this quiet hotel and had a nice time. It had neat and fine room with a comfy bed for great nights sleep. Perfectly nice employees helped us a lot...

truly enjoyed the a double room and the way it was setup. the bathroom we had included a shower and bath sheets and a bathtub. the location was marvellous in the middle of jackson and the staff here was very friendly.

The staff - some of them were not very friendly.

We had a great time during our one-night stay, the room was equipped with central heating, a variety of TV channels, and a microwave, plus the best bathroom; the location was wonderful, right in Jackson.

Convenient Location: This place is right next to downtown and the mall, making it easy to get around and go shopping. In the evening, we even found a great restaurant, Fat Olives, not too far from here 🍕.

The staff here are always friendly and nice. You can check in early if you need to, and they have parking right here. 🚗.

This place is a cozy spot to crash for a night. They've got a restaurant on-site where you can grab some grub for dinner and breakfast 🍳.

The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Jackson, with easy access to downtown and the mall.

The Pinecrest Inn & Suites had a great location right off the main road, making it convenient to walk to nearby grocery stores, restaurants, and even the pharmacy. As foreign tourists, we appreciated the friendly staff and the fact that we could easily get food delivered to our room. The ambiance was inviting and the rooms were clean and modern, with all the necessary amenities. We were pleasantly surprised by the spacious bathroom and the amazing shower head that made us feel like showering in a waterfall. The overall experience exceeded our expectations and we are even considering staying here again on our way back home.

We felt so at home at the Pinecrest Inn & Suites that there was no reason to complain. The staff was extremely accommodating and went out of their way to make our stay the best it could be.

I was really surprised by the warm welcome I received at Pinecrest Inn & Suites. The room exceeded my expectations, with a comfy bed and a full-sized fridge, a bonus. The recently tiled and clean bathroom was a nice touch, and the wifi worked well throughout my stay. the convenience of parking lots right in front of the room was a plus.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Cleanliness was great, and the hotel facilities were modern and comfy. The location was so convenient, just off the main road, with grocery stores, restaurants, and even a pharmacy within walking distance. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making my experience even better. I was really surprised to find that they offered breakfast every morning, with delicious muffins and oatmeal. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay.

pinecrest inn & suites surpassed my expectations during this christmas party. the friendly staff went out of their way to make our stay incredible. the updated rooms, full size fridge, and amazing shower head made it a truly enjoyable experience. without a doubt, they have won my business!

Noisy aircon and old thermostat.

The remodeled interior was modern, comfy, and clean. No smell of smoke. Fridge and microwave in room. Full size fridge, brand new pillows and bedding, spacious bathroom, and amazing 12x12 shower head. Friendly staff and convenient parking.
